  The company lynx concrete coating
  came to my home on Tuesday 9/24 in afternoon . My nanny was there at the time . The company rep pressed the nanny for my email and cell phone number and wanted to make an appt to talk to me . My nanny contacted me at that time and I instructed her to tell the man that I was not
  Interested . Instead the worker left a flyer which listed an appt on it I did not request . The next evening my other nanny was bothered by the same person around 4 pm . I instructed her to tell them to leave . He did but came back again around 515 and rang the door bell and then after 5 minutes banged on the door . I did not answer the door as I was rather intimidated at this point . I do understand people are trying to make a living but no means no and they should not have come back . I may very well get my driveway worked on soon but I will never feel comfortable using this company .

  The entire events described here are a complete misunderstanding and after due diligence,  LYNX seeks to clarify.  The complaint insinuates a badgering behavior by one individual multiple times which is entirely inaccurate.  Sequence of events are as follows. 

  1.  Field Neighborhood Marketer (****) stopped by to drop of flyer and offer free quote on service.  Homeowner was not home, door was answered by homeowners sister or nanny.

  2.  Nanny/sister stated that the homeowner would likely be interested in our service and offered homeowner's contact info (work phone number) and even time of day she would be home for an estimate.  Field Marketer said great, we would stop out the next day 5 or 6pm. 

  3.  Following day, LYNX Estimator (****) was in the neighborhood with another client appointment that had cancelled, so he felt since he was in the area anyway, he would call homeowner and see if she could see us earlier.  Problem here was the phone number we had was to homeowner's place of work and when called, result was prerecorded switchboard.  So, being in the area already he was just going to go the residence.  This was around 4:00/4:15pm.  When Estimator arrived, nanny/sister opened the door and said she's wasn't home from work yet.  LYNX Estimator said no problem, I'll be back at the original appointment time. 

  4.  LYNX Estimator arrived back 1 hour later for appointment at originally scheduled time.  Homeowner still wasn't home.

  Company LYNX deems the complaint filed illegitimate and entirely unjustified.  There is no wrong doing.  Complete misunderstanding.
