      We contracted with doors and drawers**** ** ***** **, to remodel our kitchen in July 2021.After many setbacks and rescheduling by the company the work began in late September.
      A job which we were told would take 4 or 5 days wound up taking 6 weeks+. Things were made wrong, our specifics were not met, phone calls were not returned, etc. When all was said and done, we were less than satisfied, but just accepted the work as done and paid the balance of what we owed. Total cost was over $11,000.
      Last January I contacted ****, the company owner, regarding some warranty work. After months of getting excuses from him, the counter was ordered, he said, in April or May.
      I got a text from **** about a week ago stating his man, *** would be here to measure and install the new counter top this week.
      When *** showed up today, he arrived without having measured, instead going by the measurements he received from ****.
      Needless to say whatever they had gotten, after 9 MONTHS! was incorrect. We were told it had to be reordered.
      It is my hope that this will be settled in a few weeks. However I do not hold out much hope since we've been waiting for them for 9 months.

      In reference to our original work done for this customer we experienced a delay in the hardware she had chosen for her cabinet doors as well as a delay in obtaining the laminate to do her countertop.  
      We did not leave things half completed in her home for six weeks as stated.  Most recently, there was a failure in her laminate countertop.  The beveled edge that was needed to replicate her original countertop was back ordered for months to her dismay.  There was absolutely nothing we could do about it.  The board needed to do this project is scheduled to arrive in 2-3 days and we have already made plans to build a new countertop with a new warranty next week.
