    "I am deeply concerned about the practices of this business, which I believe are predatory in nature. They employ questionable tactics to attract subscribers, particularly targeting young individuals who may not fully understand the implications of their commitments. The pressure tactics used by their representatives are alarming, often leading people to agree to verbal contracts without proper authorization or understanding. This approach raises serious ethical concerns, as it does not reflect good faith or transparency. Furthermore, the company fails to provide any tangible proof of the agreements made, leaving customers feeling misled and vulnerable. I urge others to exercise caution and thoroughly research this business before engaging with them

    Hello,Commercial Mag Service of Holland, Inc.After attempting to cancel two magazine subscriptions for the past two months, I agreed to pay the final invoice. However, after making the payment, they retained our credit card information and informed me that they would continue to charge us automatically. They do not have email, and anything said over the phone is denied. As a result, I had to cancel our company's credit card. Please avoid doing business with them in the future.Thank you.

    We would like to apologize for any confusion, we were dealing with the facility directly and the corporate office called in to make payments which caused the issue. We have spoken with their corporate office and resolved this situation. We would like to thank them for their many years of business.

    I work for a fairly large Assisted Living facility. We recently got a new Activities Director, she received a bill from CMS but couldn't find where we had ever signed a contract or had placed an order . (we found out that our previous director was paying for it herself for our residents). I called to see what I could find out and spoke with Dorothy, I explained to her that we had no knowledge of this account and that our previous director paid for it herself out of the kindness of her heart, but we were not able to continue with the subscription. I have to say that its been a long time since I've been on the receiving end of excellent customer service, but this morning I did. It seems the only time we write in is to complain- but after dealing with this company and specifically ******* I knew i wanted to acknowledge that their compassion and understanding did not go unappreciated! I would give more than 5 stars if I could

    This company should be held accountable for their unprofessional business practices. They contacted my Activity Director numerous times to purchase magazines. They were told by my Activity Director she was not authorized to make these purchases. After several calls and being told no by the AD, this company sent the magazines anyway and now demanding payment, threatening that we would be turned over to a collection agency. I, the Adminstrator, called and spoke to representative ***, after verifying some information. I told *** again my Activity Director did not have authority to make this purchase. She stated "well, she said she had the authority and the order was placed." When asked if there was a recording of this conversation *** placed me on hold and when she returned stated since it was 5 months ago the recording was no longer available. How would she not already know this because she stated she had been working there for 30 years? There is no proof of this transaction occurring, only our word against theirs. This rep would not apologize or accept responsiblity for any wrong-doing, only passing the blame to my employee. This subscription should not have to be paid and I have no problem returning the magazines to a company who should not be allowed to sell them anyway. Criminal action should be taken towards this company. Shame on CMS of Holland and its business practices! There are too many of these reviews to ignore. There must be something shady going on and should be looked in to! Us nursing facilities are held accountable, they should be too!

    This company is complete BS!!!!Run,do not walk,far away.They will not let u cancel until u pay these bills that u had no idea u acquired!!!!!!!They have driven my blood pressure through the roof!!!!!!!!
