    We had a drywall stain in the garage, the roof was 20 years old and aging so we decided it was time to have our roof redone. Based on BBB rating among other criteria, we selected Gillette Roofing LLC to complete the work. What a big mistake it turned out to be! These last five years, we've had more leaks than ever before. Even though Gillette is offering a 10 year warranty on workmanship and has come several times to do repairs, they are not holding up. Our home insurance provided us with the name of an assessor who inspected the roof. It was determined that it is in worse conditions than we previously thought. We have lost all trust in this company and will not recommend it to anyone.

    We received a notice from our former customer's attorney on June 3, 2025.  We did not know the customers were experiencing any issues with their roof.  The last contact we had with them was in November of 2024 when we installed a new roof on their shed and completed a warranty repair on their house roof. 

    One June 3, 2025, we forwarded the customer's attorney's notice to our attorney and he contacted the customer's attorney that day (June 3, 2025).  

    We dispute the claim but we are working to promptly resolve the customer's issue through our attorneys.  We've followed up with our attorney to monitor his progress with the customer's attorney and we will continue to monitor progress with the intent to resolve the issue promptly.
