    Castle Roofing completed a patch on our roof and the match up was perfect.
    Given our roof was over 10 years old, and the discoloration was rampant, when they finished, our home looked perfect again.
    We are so glad we chose Castle Roofing and highly recomme d them

    They failed to match shingles color on repair. The roof is dark gray and they use medium brown. Results in a large area patch job and lower value of my home.

    Your original roof color is medium brown, however with the age of the roof the color appears to be dark gray. We are happy to install a dark gray shingle.

    I was not told by Castle of willing to instsall gray shingles. When I ask Chris by text about their response. He text back tonight. That person was unaware of the s. The shingles on your roof are the best possible match. My reply to Chris of Castle roofing was please have correct his response to BBB. As it stand the brown shingles on my dark gray roof will change in color in 2 or more years. I now have a patch color 15 x 15 area on the front porch section of my house. Lowing the value of my home no possible guarantee of color to match in far future.

    Leaking porch roof repair on 9/15/23. I was unhappy with shingles not matching rest of house. Castle lied to BBB about their resolution. Now after first rain fall since repair job the leak is still present. I want Castle Roofing to stop the leak. I can live with a color patch roof but no a leaking roof.

    We had a great experience with Castle Roofing and Tanner M********. From the estimate and working with our insurance to the installation- every step of the way Tanner was helpful, professional and very knowledgeable. We are so thankful for a good experience and will highly recommend to friends and family.

    My experience with Castle was efficient and easy. My salesman Tanner McPherson
    Was very knowledgeable and direct which I appreciate. Everything went exactly how he said it would and the roofing crew was quick and careful.! I would highly recommend Castle Roofing and Tanner to any of my family and friends.

    Castle Roofing is fast, kind, polite, very customer friendly. They listened to what I had to say, and did exactly what I asked at a fair price.

    At the end of March we had wind damage to our roof. We contacted Castle Roofing for an estimate. Their representative Dana McElroy came the next day and cover the damage to prevent future water damage until repairs could be done. Dana McElroy helped us navigate working with our homeowners insurance. Once approved Dana had us scheduled for the following week. The Roofing crew showed up on time and tore off the old roof and replaced with new roof and painted all vents to match. All in the same day. We love our new roof and highly recommend Castle Roofing and their representative Dana McElroy.
