1 starAs a result of the May 22, 2024, hail storm, it was necessary to apply new siding to the house, repair some roof damage, install new gutters and downspouts and replace the roof of one barn. The workmanship of this company has been very poor. There was one window out of eighteen that was properly trimmed. None of the corners matched, they were either too short or too long and overlapped the intersecting piece of trim. Rather than remove the overlapping trim piece to properly replace it, the installer cut it off. There is now a blunt corner. The door trims were replaced in the same manner.
The trim around the chimney was an absolute mess. The deck floor trims on the sides of the chimney were done by two installers. One side of the deck flooring was done properly. There are three exterior wall lights, they were all done differently. The cuts on some trim pieces were visible, however, they could have easily been hidden behind the siding for a clean finish. Roof flashing was visible. We were told this was proper, however, the previous flashing was not visible. I instructed the installer to find a matching trim piece to cover the flashing so it looked finished. There have been three walk-arounds and each time more problems were brought to the installer’s attention. Numerous photos are on file documenting the problems. At one point the company owner indicating he wasn’t concerned about “the minor things.” I had to gather lunch trash, plastic water bottles, and empty ice bags at the end of each day. On their initial arrival trucks were parked in the wet yard leaving tire tracks. There is damage to the composite deck, which at this point, the company will not repair. I absolutely would not recommend this company for any roofing, siding and gutter/downspout installation.Review fromAnn N
