    ****** ***** and her company matched us with a birth mom, got us contact, and then dropped us both. She won't return calls or emails. We are trying to do as she asked and swap to an agency to manage our case but she won't answer us. $15,000 for silence. Someone please help.

    Have called multiple times. Nobody answers any time of day. Left two voicemails. Multiple emails to the main email address and ******. No response.

    We need to follow-up on the cases applied for this year. Based on information they provide, we should have received notification that our profile was viewed by the expectant mother. If our profile did not meet the criteria or was not viewed then we should be receiving a refund for our submission.

    The lack of communication is frightening given that they can collect money so easily for cases and just send out an automated email without any further contact.

    Our main agency told us to contact BBB because we are not the first family to have concerns.
