  AVOID ALL COUNTY NEO & DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PROPERTY I strongly advise against hiring All County Neo as your property management company. My experience with them has been consistently frustrating and disappointing. The most glaring issue is their failure to communicate within the company. Despite multiple opportunities to address this, they have repeatedly ignored messages from potential renters, missed calls, and failed to take full accountability where it should be taken. The most recent and unacceptable incident involved their complete lack of response to a potential showing requests or rental applicants. This raises serious concerns about how many other prospective tenants or inquiries may have been missed or ignoredcompletely undermining the purpose of hiring a management company in the first place.Additionally, certain staff have been unprofessional, and there have been instances of damage to the property under their management with no accountability. Instead of making things easier, All County Neo has added stress and uncertainty to what should have been a streamlined, professional process.If you value communication, accountability, and the protection of your property, I recommend looking elsewhere.

  As a former resident who was evicted for nonpayment of rent, you are entitled to your opinion. Our client was entitled to the possession of the property when you failed to uphold your obligations. According to the civil court ruling, these are the facts. If you would like to dispute the facts, you have legal options available to you.

  I put an application in for a house then said on my application my older brother would be living with me, as he has health issues and I'm the one who takes him to doctors appointments and and makes sure he has everything he needs. So they required him to put in an application even though he was paying nothing or have any utilities in his name he was just going to live with me so he wasn't home alone all the time. Because he has a brain injury. Well they denied him but not me and said he can't stay with me. I was disgusted and felt scammed. Well enjoy your 90 dollars.

  These people is very money hungry and put me and my children out in the cold had us homeless for two months made me kids having to found new school these people hearse me and my children all the time and they are very money hungry they put me out at the end of November and still asking me to pay rent but put me and my children out they are racism and really dont want any black peoples in the unit but I hope they get everything that they deserve because they are going up in people pockets to keep their business up

  After filling out an application and paying a $90 fee I received an email within 24 hours with several attachments that my Wife and I were approved for an apartment located at *** ** ****** **** in Fairlawn. I was emailed several documents. among them was a rental contract to sign. Upon reading the attachments I was quite dismayed to discover that there was an administration fee of $275 and a recurring monthly "Utility Fee" 0f $35 - adding an additional $695 in total to a lease term of 12 months. An "Administration Fee" by law is to pay for several background checks to be performed BEFORE an application is approved, not after. Since we were approved in less than 24 hours there is no way that any of these background checks were performed period. The "Utility Fee" is nothing more than renter's insurance with the normal rate of $6 a month if you get it on your own inflated to $35 a month. In the lease under Section 8 of the agreement "UTILITIES: You must pay for and have water, sewer, trash collection, gas, and electricity service for your dwelling before occupying." The apartment was advertised as having included water, trash and sewer charges as included in the rent. I was VERY clear to All County NEO office staff that my wife and I are smokers - in the lease it states that smoking is grounds for eviction. Other lease stipulations include the tenant being accountable on nothing more than the opinion of the landlord for mold and pest issues that may already be present and unseen, or may arise after assuming tenancy. Not holding out much hope for resolution since this sleazy company doesn't even respond to BBB complaints. However, The Ohio State Attorney General's Office, Ohio State Realty Board and The Summit County Realty Board does make inquiries that does demand a response. That's where I'm headed with this mess next, and would advise other to do the same.

  This company is a scam money hungry unprofessional business. Sent a non renewal telling me I had to move on 6/30/2023 or I will be evicted and I did just that told them I moved . Soon as I moved they start sending me evictions noticed for 7/1 and 8/1 also charging me and saying I was supposed to write them and tell them 45 days before I moved. After telling me I had to get out be aware of this place. Now I have to get a lawyer

  0 stars. This company, if you can even call it that, is a borderline scam. 1. They do not answer requests to have anything fixed within your home. If they do, its months after the request is made and after multiple times youve contacted them. I have documentation proving negligence. Yet, they make you pay an obscene amount of money to use their portal to guarantee a fast-fix on appliance, yard help, or infestation.2. It took them over a year to fix an invoice issue on their end until we gave up and found a new place to live. Claiming we owe fees that built up because of unpaid fees and month to month charges yet we were on a signed lease for three years. 3. They have THE MOST unprofessional staff that screamed at me on the phone like a child when she did not get her way. And then when she knew she was in the wrong because her boss told her so, she pretended like she didnt remember me, my wife, our family, or our issues we were having. I have email documentation proving this. 4. It took them until the last week of our 45-day notice of vacancy and a written statement claiming we have sought out legal council, to even have them consider to look into the issues on our monthly statements. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. READ AND TRUST THE ****** REVIEWS!! Make sure EVERYTHING is in writing if you decide to move forward with them. They are borderline lazy scammers.

  Ive been renting a property that all county NEO property management company has been managing. About a month ago My central air conditioning stopped working and I requested repairs. I contacted All County NEO regarding my issue. They said they would send someone out to look at the unit. Over a course of almost 2 weeks, many calls and confusion on their end, finally a company showed up to repair. Got home from work only to find out my air conditioner was never repaired. Called All County NEO and they informed me parts were on order and someone would be out to repair as soon as possible. A couple days later I called to get an update to find out a new company was to come out and look at my air conditioner. Never was I notified of any change or told about it. Last I was told was parts were on order. Mind you this is happening during 90+ degree days and my house is 96+ degrees inside. Now moving forward almost another week and a half the second company comes out and says the condenser is bad and needs to be replaced but recommended the unit gets replaced. So after finding out this info I contacted All County NEO to get an update on how we are proceeding. The woman who answered put me on hold for over 15 minutes only to get back on the phone to say they no longer manage the property when I literally spoke with them on Friday and it now being Tuesday. She was very rude and not accommodating in any sense. Pushed me off and basically told me I was S.O.L. She said you will have to contact the owner of the property. I then asked for owners contact info and she told me she cant give me that info. I asked if she can forward my info to the owner instead and she told me NO. So now once again I have no air conditioning and no answers. To sum up this review, ALL COUNTY NEO is BY FAR the most unprofessional, and worst management company Ive ever dealt with. Ive rented many properties and have never experienced anything like this. This is by farthe worst experience Ive ever had!
