    I never leave bad reviews anywhere as i understand sometimes you use have a bad day. However I am just baffled at the lack of professionalism in this companies office? I have talked to 4 different employees there in the last 4 months trying to get my bill fixed and only one of them was kind. Still do not have my problem resolved and the lady I talked to today was shockingly condescending, finger pointing and talked over me for the most part before she decided I was not worthy of her time and hung up on me. This was the same person I talked to in February that left me a voicemail back saying she would fix my problem. Each month I call, they admit its there error and will fix it but still not fixed. I've worked in the corporate world/customer service for over 30 years and have never experienced this behavior from another company in all that time. I truly hope they read these reviews and at least try and make improvements. I know my Team at work would definitely. It would just not be accepted. I selected one star only because I had to.

    ********* is unethical because they hold checks, which bank records prove,*** Bank, they received checks before 10th deadline then hold and cash late to charge fees. ********* bills residents for false legal charges fees they incur. Attorney General and County Prosecutor have been notified.

    KareCondo is the worst property management company I have ever seen. ****** for 1 whole year refused to call any member of Woodland Villas back or respond to any E Mails. Hiring them is just like flushing your hard earned money down the toilet

    This is a criminal enterprise. They collect dues but never deliver any of the promised services. Snow piles up in the winter, and they never landscape the yards as required. Shrubbery grows wild, obstructing driveways. They count on the fact that there are a lot of elderly living in the 55 and over communities they service, knowing that the elderly are easier to swindle and have no power to stop them. These are despicable, shameless criminals.
