    *** has done multiple projects for us in the last 2 months. He is very reliable, profession and does a great job. He has put new roof on our shed and some electrical work, He just completed redoing sunroom walls that took so work to figure out what to use. It came out great. We highly recommend him

    Knowledgeable, quality work, solution oriented, great communication.My go to phone number when household problems occur from a full water damaged kitchen floor to a replaced front door, cabinet drawer slides, etc Shows up when he says he will, fair price and honest.

    Great job fixing my storm damage, replace two rows of aluminum siding that were damaged and also the aluminum going up to the roof! Total professional job at a good price! Will be calling him back to do some more work for me inside in November!

    Tim was outstanding! He is the 4th contractor we arranged to do a job at our house. He came to see the job and a few days later sent us the estimate. He told us it would be a week. He showed up on time and had the job done in no time. As we age we can't do somethings ourselves anymore. I told Tim that he'd get all our business from now on. I also asked him for extra business cards to handout to friends. I highly recommend Tim with Lake Erie Handyman!

    They Completed work as promised. On time and on budget. Fair and easy to work with. We had a problem with rot in existing frame and Tim was knowledgeable on what to do and did not charge and arm and a leg for the extra work. Trusted and knowledgeable.
