      Horrible company. I tried to set up a payment plan a year ago and they refused because the payment wasn’t high enough for them, which is why I feel behind in the first place. So now they are suing me, for what I’m not sure because I don’t have anything. I guess that’s how they make their money. I have been trying to make extra payments to settle the debt before court and they are making it impossible to make payments which I’m assuming is so it will get dragged through court and they can get a judgment.

      The full balance of my debt was withheld from my state tax refund to pay them, over 2 weeks later they're still trying to say I owe them! Try contacting them and get no where. HORRIBLE company to deal with, never had issues like this before.

      They can never answer your call, online payments are locked, so now they are garnishing my paychecks because I cannot make payments. 3-5 phone calls per day, at all different times. Very unprofessional. I feel they should be looked into for bad practices

      I was debited TWICE for an account settlement- thousands of dollars and NO ONE WILL RESOLVE IT or call me back- i have called at least 10 times the past two weeks.
      I will say that up until this happened they were very accommodating and helpful

      Set up monthly payments with them to try and rectify a credit card debt. They automatically draft $150 from my account each month, but only $100 goes to pay my balance. I was not informed that this would be the situation when I initially set up the payment arrangement, and I don't understand how they justify taking an additional $600 a year from someone for no reason.

      Owed a debt, this company picked it up. I missed one payment so I was told and when I called to make my payment current. THEY REFUSED PAYMENT and sent a garnishment, that I can not afford to have especially as a single mom of 4. What real company refuses payment. The associate was locking the payment option for me to make payments online. If my due date was on the weekend and the associate of the company would lock the payment option, of course its going to make my payment late. I believe this is a total abuse of power against Weltman Weinberg Reis and their associates on the phones.

      The last time I received a check from them for when I sued my ex-partner, it was back in 2021. I haven't heard anything since then. I sent thousands of dollars for them to fight on my behalf, and it was good as the case won in my favor. However, I haven't heard anything from this company. I'm sorry that I went to them, and I'm sorry that I helped a dusty bandit. I'm just taking L's smh.

      On March 1, 2024, I had a negative experience with two customer service representatives who were unhelpful and rude towards me. However, I must say that E***** ** ***** was much more competent and professional than his colleagues. He provided me with options for my delinquent account and responded promptly to my emails. Although he lacked empathy, his patience and professionalism were commendable.
      However, I was disappointed that he couldn't provide a personalized solution to my request. I hope that in the future, he can take into consideration individual needs and provide more flexible service. I believe that personalized attention is essential in customer service, especially when dealing with sensitive or complex issues.
      Overall, my experience with the customer service department was mixed. While the two representatives I initially encountered were unhelpful and impolite, E***** ** ***** was a bright spot in an otherwise negative experience. I hope that the company can provide more training to their employees so that they can deliver better service to their customers.
      In conclusion, I appreciate the efforts of ****** ** *****, but I also hope that the company can improve its customer service standards to ensure that customers have a more positive experience in the future

      This company is unprofessional not to mention unethical. I've made several attempts to rectify my account to no avail. Instead I was transferred to an incompetent associate who proceeded to berate me about the status of my account. When I asked for assistance she promptly stated that "Tracey/Stacy is handling your account " however she was too busy to speak to me. When I asked when she would be available she stated that she was in the office but busy, I would have to call her back. The only reason I refrained from giving this neanderthal a piece of my mind is that I was still battling covid and could barely speak. I can not comprehend how these people remain in business,the reviews speak volumes which are 100% warranted !

      Worst company I have ever dealt with. I made payment arrangements after they froze my bank accounts. I made the first payment in good faith waiting for the arrangement to come in writing because the balance goes up every day. I never received anything from them and they are attempting to freeze my bank accounts again.
