    After being on TRT for a couple of months I took a blood panel and a week later still had no word from Cleveland Health Group about it. It took multiple emails before someone replied. My numbers were all WAY out of the normal range.
    The doctor called from a number that doesn't ring on my phone for some reason. When I called the doctor back (multiple times again) the phone just rings and rings and nobody picks up. I eventually was given the doctor's email address. Again, multiple emails and again no reply. In the meantime all my numbers are through the roof along with some other concerning side effects that I needed to discuss with the doctor.
    Gabe at Cleveland Health Group assured me that he would personally handle the matter and that I would hear from the doctor the next day. Well, 2 days later and no reply from the doctor. At this point I informed him that I'll be going elsewhere since it is clear that my well being is not even remotely a concern of the Cleveland Health Group. As long as I'm paying my monthly money they couldn't care less.
    I DO NOT recommend them to anyone. Their actions are rude at best and incredibly dangerous at worst. DO NOT USE CLEVELAND HEALTH GROUP. Do your research and find a place that cares about their patients. This is NOT the place.
