      Have sliding door damage inside and outside from the Christmas cold weather. Been promised on several occasions by the manager and the regional manager that it would be repaired. 3 weeks later nothing has been repaired. These are new units, October 2022. This type of weather damage should not occur. Lan to compro to the state A.G. Office and the local city.

      I have lived at this apartment complex since April 2019. My unit's address is *** ****** ***. For the past 21/2 years, I have had the same exact problem with my apartment every time we had a very hard rain come through. My wall begins to show verticle cracks and the ceiling also shows cracking associated with plaster chips falling. The management has attempted the repair 6 times already, (plastering the affected area and then painting the first 5 times claiming it from the structure settling) the building is 0ver 7 years old. On the 6th time, a female manager from the district office of Redwood came to my unit to see the problem personally, and upon entering the apartment she stated "I had water damage". She hired SENTRY CONTRACTORS to replace shingles on the roof to see if that would resolve the issue, but it didn't. Since then all the problems have returned even worst. November the office was notified again of the problem (7th time) they had SENTRY CONTRACTORS come out and go up in the frame of my to see what other repair they could propose, but the proposal was turned down by the new District manager Brooks Gravitt. he called me and stated 1) He was only allowing a "COSMETIC" repair 2) that he was rescinding my new lease offer (Jan 6 2023 start date) and that I would have to move since "I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THEIR REPAIR EFFORTS" I am 65 and this is the worst experience I have ever had renting an apartment, from the rude management to the poorly built apartment structure.
