    Insurance company give me receipt for payment and collected it and still cancelled my policy for none payment . I have the conformation number

    ******* **** from *********** Insurance automobile policy *********. 

    On Dec 9 and 12 reminders were sent from the past due billing statement.   On Jan 3, 2025 the client contacted *********** Insurance directly, and attempted payment.  This $171.84 payment was submitted to *********** directly by the client, the agency was not involved in this transaction, it was direct from client to ***********.  On Jan 9, 2025 the attempted payment of $171.84 was returned by the bank.  Since these transactions were direct between the client and ***********, and had no involvement from the agency or agency staff, we have no details as to the method of payment (credit, debit, or bank account electronic funds). On Jan 27, *** **** contacted and spoke to Joel W***, Agent/Owner of Infinity Insurance Solutions, Inc, an independent insurance agency.  After some investigation, there aforementioned was found to be the case.  The information provided to us via the *********** Insurance billing history system was relayed to *** **** in detail.  We do not know the nature of the returned payment.  Could have been an expired card, an incorrect CVV number, an inaccurate or transposed number when he provided that information directly to ***********.  We provided him the payment required, as well as the forms, he needed to sign via ******** at 2:10pm on 01/27/2025.  He paid the required amount over the phone (this payment was agency processed) and subsequently signed the ******** forms at 2:16pm.  Those forms were submitted to *********** for approval and processing via email to *************************** on 01/27/2025 @ 2:21pm.  All timestamped supporting docs and screenshots are attached.
