End of October 2023, Mac’s Residential came to the property of our new construction home with plans to do our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. We agreed on a price and established his team would take care of the work.

He continuously had no show workers, when we asked him where they were/why, he always told us he had service calls or he didn’t know we were in a rush. We told him we weren’t necessarily in a rush, but wanted our job prioritized because we had plans to move into our new home as soon as it’s completed. Weeks of no show continued, until we fired his team from completing our plumbing on December 3rd. He had already finished electric, even though we later found out it was incorrect by our electric company. HVAC was supposedly completed. We found out recently HVAC needed work still, but we had to wait for electric to be turned on by the company. On December 27, plans were made with the owner, Mark C*****, that he would have his guys complete the HVAC on January 2, 2024 at 10 am. My husband ******* ****** took PTO from his job to make sure he’d be present at the property when they showed up to work. At 11 am, nobody had showed up so I, along with my husband, texted the owner and called him. He never answered the calls, but said his team member Marty would be calling. Marty called my husband and said he didn’t find out about the job until this morning, but he already has other jobs for the day and won’t be there. But he could come do it this evening for an additional $200. I told Mark I’d be leaving a bad review, and he told his guy to tell my husband he would not be completing my job if I left a bad review. He tried to scam us with plumbing costs when he didn’t even do the job, threatened to take us to court over paying electrical when we questioned plumbing payment. He’s a bad man who’s business needs shut down and I need a completed HVAC system for my drywall guy to be able to mud the house, which he was scheduled to do January 3, 2024.

The complaint has been resolved. And they had signed a paper stating this, and would be taken this complaint off.

I hired this company to install a new heating/cooling unit, plus fix existing duct work if needed, run additional duct work to a room that previously didn't have any vents, on October 4th, 2022. At that time I paid a deposit of $5500.00. The workers would come out occasionally and do some work. The unit was installed the week of Thanksgiving. However, the job is not finished, the heat us not reaching all rooms. And we are having issues with duct work falling apart and a thermostat that isn't working properly. We called about the job being unfinished and they came out on December 26, 2022. They made a list of everything that needed to be finished and what materials they would need. That was 7 weeks ago. They won't return our calls and we need it finished due to my wife's health conditions.
