    Description:Consumer hired 3G Concrete Coating on 5/2/2024 to do work in his basement. He paid half ($1698.56)up-front. They were there for three hours and had to leave due to issues with their generator. He wasn't sure when they would return, so he tried to cancel the contract. They are unwilling to give him any of his money back

    Per our conversations with Mr. ********, he told us he was having financial issues and wanted out of his contract. Per our contract and **************, our contract states, "You may cancel this transaction, without any penalty or obligation, within three business days from the above date. If you cancel within the three day right of rescission, any payments made by you under the contract or sale, and any negotiable instrument executed will be returned within ten business days following receipt by the seller of your cancellation notice. After 3 days, 3G Concrete Coatings has the right to charge client up to 75% of expenses incurred for the project". Therefore, we let Mr. ******** know due to the amount of time, labor, and materials that we have in this project, we are unable to refund any of his deposit. 

    Since the complaint, we refunded Mr. ******** his requested amount and hope he can move on.

    6-2023 I hired them to work on my garage floor. They gave me an estimate at the end of June.
    He emailed me an estimated copy stating this copy was $2974.64. The contract stated I had to pay 1/2 before work & the balance at completion of the work. I signed & gave him my credit card. to pay the first 1/2 & I had a $500 discount. coupon. They called to set up appt for work to be done the week of 8-1-2023. "We call the day before we start at 8:00 am it is an all day process." They were no show.
    No call, never coming. I called, tt Julie " I am sorry your product did not come in." They rescheduled for the week of 8-8-23. I waited no show again no call. I called the 14th. She said, "They are on the way to your house.' They came, They were not going to do it that day cause I wasn't on their schedule & the moisture was 6% was supposed 5%. They couldn't do the work today. They called the Office the woman answered & said I was an angry woman & they were not going to do the job or ever come back to my house." They hung up & now all my calls to them go to voice mail.

    8.18.2023 Business called BBB stating they spoke to the consumer on 8/11/2023 and a refund check was mailed on 8/14/2023.
