    They have a lady there who is rude. They discriminate and not professional at all. I called to make a payment and wasnt what she wanted a s told me no instead of following company policy. This business is terrible and they dont care about you at all. Talk to you any kind of way.

    Auto loan doesnt even deserve 1 star. The lady is very rude! Ive had my vehicle 3 yrs and I make monthly payments when theyre due. Out of 3 years Ive had 3 late payments and that ***** said this is my 3 rd strike and its not acceptable at all! Im self employed and I have a disabled child. Things happen sometimes its not like I dont pay at all. The chick needs to take some customer service classes on how to talk to clients!

    I purchased a vehicle from Fred Martin and they financed it. Auto Loan Inc is owned by Fred Martin Ford. They have listed on each of my credit portfolio’s the car as being voluntarily repossessed and repossessed for 12 months and account closed. As of today I am still in possession of said vehicle and payments are on time. They also have changed the amount owed to 30,000. While I owe 17k. Buyer Beware. I am currently disputing all of their remarks on my credit. I will be trading this vehicle in once all the disputes are repaired just so I never have to speak to these people again. They did this out of hostility toward me.

    I appreciate the financing that Auto Loan provided. However, I have to pay **** every time I call in and make my payment because their website has been down for a year. Which I make two payments a month equals ****** a year ****** is receiving. Unfortunately, I dont think thats acceptable. Also the ladies that answer the phone are very rude and act like its an inconvenience to make a payment.
