    I would like to give zero stars for KB Home Solutions. The owner was paid $5750 to begin two projects, which was half the contract price, up front in December 2024. Work was agreed upon to begin within a few weeks of contract signing. As of April 7, 2025, no work has been done, and the owner of the company does not respond to our efforts to contact him. I am now working with the ****************************** to get a resolution to KB Home solutions and get our money back. Do not sign a contract with KB Home Solutions.

    **** did a fantastic job waterproofing our basement, havent had a single issue since and its been about 4 years now. Fair price, prompt, and comes with a warranty. Will always recommend KB!
