      I called today to resolve my aid issues, and the only thing I got today incompetent individual. If I was a woman this matter would have been handled differently. The individuals; that I encountered today did not do any research because if they did they would notice that I only needed to have a 2.0 in summer, and I had a 2.11. I am tired of getting treated like trash because the aid office doesn't want to do their job, take responsibility and stop blaming the government for everything.

       I am rejecting this response because: When I called one stop on Wednesday, I spoke with ****** and her Manager nothing was resolved. ****** threatened me with student conduct because I was not listening to her. This is ridiculous, the only thing I ask is for this problem to be fixed, and the Aid office and ****** are unthinkable things that stop me from getting aid so I can graduate. When I reached out to BBB for help they replied to BBB stating that someone would reach that was a lie, so that is why I made contact. I told ****** that the advising office was the one that added on the late class, which caused the issues with the aid. She expressed she did not care which I am not surprised and continued to threaten. If this  continues I will file a complaint with the Department of Education, will not deny my education because some are obsessed with power, she already had someone write a fake saying she was scared of me and I live 543 miles away from the school.
