5 starsMay ****** I had my yearly A/C maintenance preformed today by a gentlemen of the name of *******, he truly is a God send. He was very up front and honest with me about everything he did. He is a very talented and gifted person with so many different skills. Was an absolute pleasure to work with it's nice to see that some people take pride in what they're doing on the job and their personal life. When it comes time for my next scheduled maintenance, I will personally ask for him. It's nice to see that you have someone working in your company that has so much integrity.Review fromMICHAEL O

1 starI called them with problems with two toilets. My toilet was leaking at the base upstairs, and my toilet downstairs was running. They then went and looked at my toilet downstairs and told me the seal needed fixed and it was an easy fix and they had to run out and get a part. They came back with the part and began work and then came and found me and told me that a plastic piece was broken from water pressure and since the toilet was a one piece toilet, it could not be fixed. I suggested that they accidentally broke the piece as this was thick plastic and it would not break on its own. They denied it, made me feel like I didnt know what I was talking about, said they had fixed many of these before, told me he had been a plumber for 7 years and that he would admit to breaking a part because the company is big enough that they would pay for it. They gave me a quote to replace the toilet downstairs, which was a lot less than the previous quote, but the toilet was fine to begin with. At this point, I told them I wasnt happy, and they could leave my house. I contacted a plumber friend they lives out of town and sent him photos. He quickly assured me that the part could be ordered and fixed on the toilet downstairs, and that I did not need a new toilet. He also told me that he believes the plumber broke the plastic because water pressure would not do that, as the plastic is strong. He recommended that I stay away from Apollo and thought that they were trying to take advantage of me. I then escalated to management. office lady asked for photos. After, the manager said the part could be fixed, after their plumber with 7 years experience assured me that it could not and that I needed a new toilet. They apologized many times and said they would now fix the bottom toilet for free and fix the wax ring upstairs for half the price. I just another plumber.Review fromJudy R

I am a senior & purchased an Ac unit from you in good Faith 3years ago this July. I have had your tech diagnosis issue and spoke with ****** regarding resolve. My AC unit cost was close to 4,000 and by time done with finanace cost 5,000.00. It was deemed needing a new evaporated coil that is supposed to last 10-20 years! This cost was quoted at 3,000 to replace including labor. That's almost as much as I paid for the unit and I protest!! This is ridiculous to happen & the cost for 3year old unit!! I have consulted a lawyer and my rights.. I was not informed that as well I was purchasing a low end carrier and parts that doesn’t hold up to reasonable time as such!! You are trying to pull a big one over on a senior, on fixed income. I about died from heat stroke before this cool spell with no air.. I had a heart attack and stroke this passed Feb. I definitely won't continue to be takin and will fight for my rights on this! I would like a whole better unit replacement..Or a 5 year guarantee on whole unit plus labor with new part. I don't trust your company now to fix anything without being covered! Please respond in timely manner to grant my wishes for resolve before my intentions to seek legal action moving forward.!!!Apollo Heating & Cooling

Thank you for you business. We feel bad that you are having issues with the system that you purchased, and never want any of our customers to have issues such as you are having. According to our records we gave you options for three different units varying in cost and benefits. We always let our customers choose what is best for them in any situation let alone a replacement of equipment. We clearly explain to everyone what their options are, and then back that up with a full sales agreement that spells out everything clearly, go over it line by line with our customers, and them have them sign. The warranty you have on the system you purchased is from the manufacturer and not us, as is standard in this industry. You always have the option to pick units that have better warranties, just as we presented to you. Our hands are tied as it costs us to do the work. We did speak to you several times about this, we have only quoted you to add refrigerant and do a leak search, as nothing can be "quoted" to fix the unit until we find out exactly where the leak is, so we are not sure about the $3000 that you are referring to. On the budget friendly upfront cost unit you chose to purchase, it doesn't cover this work that needs to be done before we can determine what part is actually leaking. to add to all of that, you have told us that you have been having some other person looking at and working on your system before you called us recently. There is never any way that we can warranty something that was not done by us. Our service manager had offered you for FREE to do a leak search as we were trying to be nice people and help you out in your situation, as we are always empathetic to what our customers needs are. This would let you and Apollo know what was actually wrong and then go from there on what could be done. Sorry we are unable to provide free work to you more than what we already have (over $500 worth of work mind you), but we don't make decisions for people on what to buy. There are far too many options and opinions out there for us to assume what will work for our customers needs and wants. All we do is offer what we can do. If you chose not to use us anymore, we will be sorry to see you leave and we always want to keep every customer for years to come, but that is your choice. Your factory warranty will remain no matter what licensed company you have work on your equipment.Judy R

1 starThis business takes advantage of elderly disabled people like myself. They came out to fix my furnace after I talked to a licensed repairman about what they said about my central air conditioner Im pretty sure they ripped me off for over 800 dollars, on the repair of my furnace. People beware of their practice. I was told lie after lie from what the repairman who checked my unit last month. I recommend everyone get a second opinion to whatever they say.Review fromTaylor M

They came out to my house after having to reschedule. Once they finally made it out, to check out the ac unit that wasnt blowing cold air, they said the whole Hvac system was bad. Stating that there was a crack in the heat exchanger and a bunch of other problems. They called me while I was at work and listed all the things that were wrong. I specifically asked the technician what needed to be done to fix it that day. He told me he needed to change a wire leading to the condenser in the ac unit. Come to find out he only need to change the wire to be able to further diagnose the system. Which cost $400. After he replaced that no more phone calls until I called because he didnt put the unit back together properly and the wires were hitting the fan blades. The problem was deeper. It was going to cost another $1400 for more tests on the unit. So their $98 fee to diagnose is BS. They scammed us out of the $400 but sent out someone to try and sell us a new unit that would be between $13k and $24k. For a 2 ton system. What a crock of **** They say $98 to diagnose but then want to charge $1800 to actually diagnose. Their tests and repairs wouldve been more than a whole new ac unit by the time they were done. But had no problem saying that replacing the wire would get the system running even though its unsafe to use. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Unless you like throwing money out the window.Apollo Heating & Cooling

Completely untrue pretty much top to bottom. You verified a completely different story on a recorded call already to us last week. Hard for us to defend a story that didn't happen. We never even talked to you about replacing the unit, other than you should look into it based on the overall number of issues.Review fromJosh M

1 starI had a home inspection performed on my air conditioner and my heating unit Apollo Stated that both units need replaced I reached out to another HVAC Company and they replaced and electronic solenoid and charged . ******. Apollo wanted me to 13K for new units when I didn't need either. Beware, they tried to sell equipment when it's not needed and tried to upsale a warranty for a service agreement before they even looked at my heating and air-conditioning unit. they are a sham company.Review fromcindy a

1 starFirst they charge you for a diagnostic assessment and then they scare you to death with their findings. They cant give you an estimate for a replacement until their specialist comes out. The specialist is nothing more than a salesman. Theyre over priced and they play on your emotions. Much to the salesmans dismay, I chose to do some research. I was able to get a comparable furnace and air conditioner for $5000 less. The company I went with tied us over with some Freon until they could do the install. They were awesome - no diagnostic charge and a quote on the same day. Lagani did an excellent install. I do not recommend Apollo.
