    RXP Wireless LLC Kettering claims to be a Verizon Authorized Reseller. I signed up for wireless mobile phone service on October 20, 2022 at 6:40 pm from ****** *******. I paid the initial bill at that time. I have not received a bill in the mail from Verizon since then. I did not receive one in November 2022. I did not receive one in December 2022. Verizon mobile phone service was cut off both times. The first time I complained about this to ****** ******* in November, he said to pay the bill at the store, which I did on November 21, 2022, and service was restarted. The second time I complained about this to ****** *******, he said within 8 to 10 days I would receive the bill in the mail and until the matter was resolved, service would not be cut off. I waited to receive the bill in the mail and it did not arrive within 8 to 10 days. Service was cut off a second time on Saturday,. December 24, 2022. I am more than happy to pay my bills on time - I have excellent credit - but I do want to receive a copy of the bill in the mail before it is due so I can review it before making payment. This is a reasonable request for normal business billing practices which have yet to be performed by ****** ******* at RXP Wireless LLC Kettering. I rely and depend mobile device phone service because where I work uses dual authentication for logging onto the system remotely, and without the mobile device and service I purchased at RXP Wireless LLC A Verizon Authorized Reseller, I cannot log onto the system at work and I cannot do my job.
