      Have been trying to get paperwork from this company in regard to a repossession apparently that took place while the vehicle was in my ex husbands possession. Bank allowed ex husband to change address and phone number on file so I would not get any mail of payment not being mailed. Then receive a letter September 2023 stating Day Air was going to garnish wages for said repossession. Was told that the court preceding would be continued due to the truck being held in divorce court. Now my wages are being garnished by said bank. I have contacted this bank multiple times (have call logs, names, times, dates, etc) of trying to get all information on said truck and the bank is now telling me that they no longer have the original documentation and can't find it. However, they are garnishing my wages? Ohio attorney general now being contacted, lawyer, and bar association in regard to their lawyer also refusing to turn over any documentation in regard to said vehicle. Let me add Day Air nor the lawyer showed up to appeals court last week in regard to said garnishment and their lawyer is refusing to return any calls.
