    Garbage. I called on a Thursday and received a Monday appointment. They stated they'd call me Monday AM to confirm the time they will show. I received a text saying they'd be here between 1-2. When 2 o'clock came, I called and asked where they were, I needed to ensure they'd be showing, or I would need to find someone else. Then Isaac Kidwell backed out and canceled. This is completely unsatisfactory and unreliable. Save some time and call a company that will show. This is with a charge of $200 an hour to locate the problem. Good luck if you go with them. I never even received service and only talked to the guy 2 times.

    We called them on a Saturday morning and Issac was out within an hour to fix our circuit breaker problem. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Kidwell Electric.
