      This place is absolutely Negligent! My mother waited 3 days for a nurse to do her intake after being discharged from the hospital with part of her femoral artery replaced with a cow heart valve! The First Lady was nice and concerned. Said she was going to see about getting mom more visits approved dressing changes were dr ordered 2x a day. No one showed back up for a week and when Anita called me at 5:39 I was shocked they had not been there yet she said she just found out about the visit and wanted to know if mom needed to be seen I said yes ma’am she sure does. So Anita showed up and was on the phone w my mother and mom asked where have you been (2.5 hours late) nurse Anita proceeded to yell at my mom on her porch that she was there earlier and no one was home. Mom said she was there all day and has cameras she wasn’t there. Anita proceeded to turn around and leave without any explanation or her doing her job. Neglect and verbal abuse is what Anita gives
