    They refuse to give me my money back after TORO has sent them the incorrect part for my lawn mower three separate times. I took my mower into the shop and let them see the issue the first time TORO sent the incorrect part. It has since happened twice more, with TORO continuing to send the same incorrect part. I have been waiting three weeks to get my lawn cut. Heil Brothers is now holding the my money, saying they can't return it until TORO authorizes them to. What an outright dishonest thing to tell a customer. I am giving Heil Brothers a rating of one star because they are giving me the run around over the price of a part. If they would have told me, "we can't get that part, you need to buy a whole new mower..." I would have happily done it. They have my money. I have no product. They cannot guarantee me I will ever receive the requested part. They are treating me like I don't matter. Worst mistake you can make in customer service.
