      I would go here again for an eye exam. I had Dr. Megan Wells, who was very skilled and familiar with the issues I have with Parkinson's Disease and dry eye. I told her I needed new glasses and was having problems with small print. She gave me an updated prescription and knew it was probably the "fitting" of my old glasses as well.
      The problem I have is withe optical department within the same center. I went from seeing Dr. Wells directly over to the optical department to order new glasses. They took ONE measurement one time in a matter of seconds, even though Dr. Wells made a note to make sure they were accurate. I don't have a problem with the price of the glasses, but all this happened on Feb 14 2024. They said that day the glasses were running 8-10 days out to be delivered (which seemed reasonable). Today is March 8 (3 1/2 weeks) and I have yet to hear about the glasses. I have left several voicemails with my invoice and patient info - BUT STILL NO GLASSES. I won't be ordering glasses from them again
