    I have been going there four years. The previous owner passed it on to his daughter Amy and things have gone downhill every since. I continue taking my dog there because he's old and cranky and doesn't get along with a lot of people and he tolerated the people there. This last visit in March was the last straw. When I arrived she tried to overcharge me and when I complained about it she got angry and rude. Then her manager Kelly chimed in and told me that my dog was a pain for them to take care of because he laid in his pee and they had to clean them before I pick him up. I don't have that problem with him at home all that means is there not letting him out. There have been at least two occasions I've picked him up and he was really sick and he ended up having to go to the emergency room and had kennel cough and diarrhea and he was lethargic and wasn't eating. They never called and told me anything nor did they say anything to me when I picked him up. I've also had problems with them overdosing him on medication or not giving it to him at all. I had a cat there a few weeks ago they called me and told me she was sick had snot coming out of her nose and wasn't eating. I asked how long this has been going on they told me a week I said why didn't you call me a week ago. That turned out to be a large vet bill. They don't seem to take very good care. Of the. I will never go there again I've also filed a lawsuit to recover some of my vet bills I would not recommend this place and from reading some of the other post on google there a lot of people having the same problem so it's not just me
