  We had water leakage around our chimney. We called Scott Bauer Roofing for an estimate and Kody came promptly and, after checking the situation, provided an estimate. Then Alex arranged for two of their repair specialists to do the repair work.
  They matched the shingles with the rest of the roof, examined the wood surface to make sure it was still in good shape, and then sealed around the chimney and installed new flashing. They identified cracks in the brickwork and applied cement caulk to seal them and caulked around the new flashing. It appears much more secure than the previous flashing.
  The men who did the work were polite, professional, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. They explained what they did and answered my questions.
  Everyone I interacted with at Scott Bauer Roofing were a pleasure to do business with and very helpful. There was no pressure, an obvious commitment to be on time and do the job well, and they didn’t ask for a deposit prior to the job.
  I totally recommend Scott Bauer Roofing and will contact them for any of our roofing needs in the future.

  Best experience ever! These guy's are amazing! They exceeded my expectations and more. I love my new roof. And I am so thankful for how everything turned out as this was a very long battle with my insurance company. Brent was very helpful during this process, he was very patient (especially with me), he explained everything to me and followed up with me often. My issue began when I had storm damage that ripped my roof off. I didn't know who to call besides my father so he called Bauer roofing immediately and Scott Bauer came out the next day to put tarp on my roof. However, after another big storm, I started to have some issues with water leaking in. I called Scott and he and his crew came back the morning to put another, thicker tarp down. They were quick to respond to any issues I was having. Anytime I had a problem, Brent was available or returned my calls/texts within in short time. Not only was everyone professional, they're all very friendly and treated us like family. My neighbor also liked the job they had done so I referred him to Bauer Roofing. Brent gave him an estimate and had his crew out the very next day to start his roof; right after they finished mine. I can't thank the Bauer's enough for taking care of my home/roof and everything Brent has done for me during this process. He went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. Thank you all so much!

  What started out as a really odd problem has been repaired and done really well. Long back story, but our faux chimney around the flue was leaking around the base, and water had rotted some plywood and was starting to come in the attic a little. The project stalled at first, (parts, weird problem, old house), and Brent Bauer stepped in and up with a plan. We got on schedule, and Jeff Bauer was here on the day and time promised. Scott Bauer also came a few times throughout the day to help and check in. The job took a lot of the day, and from what I could see, it looks like it is a good plan and the problem should be gone. I went up out of curiosity to see it all; I'm no roofer by any stretch, but what they planned and did seems great. I would definitely call them again, and kudos to Brent for the plan, and stepping up to make it happen! Thank you guys!

  Would like to give a huge shout out to Scott bauer roofing and siding they did an amazing job on our roof and gutters everyone very professional and very down to earth we already have a friend and a family member wanting to use them dont waste your time going any where else I wish I could give them more than an A+ rating thank you again for treating us like family ??

  Excellent company. After I found this company through the BBB, I called them on a Friday evening at 8pm. Their response was immediate. Within 3 minutes, my call was answered. Everything was explained to me in detail. Nothing in the process was left out, from materials used, to working with the insurance and how payments were made, to lifetime warrantee, to follow up. The work crew arrived on time and worked steady. Cleanup was immaculate. This is a very professional, and customer friendly company.

  Bauer roofing was very professional and prompt. Kylie took my appointment for a siding and roof evaluation, and quote for a prospective home purchase and repair of the roof and siding. She was very courteous and communicated well my information to the team.
  Brent Bauer and Ace came out to do the evaluation. Both were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions clearly. They were able to determine any defects in the roof and wood siding, determined the type of wood covering, suggest relevant repairs and gave me a quick quote for the damage, both for repair and replacement.   From start to finish, Scott Bauer Roofing & Siding hit a home run. Brent Bauer provided an estimate of what needed to be done on our church front that was complete and even identified issues we had overlooked. The crew completed the project in four days and it is awesome! Communication is another area they excelled in. I would highly recommend them.
