    Beaware! You maybe buying a damaged product at a premium price that will never get replaced or fixed. I ordered two systems as birthday gifts for my boys We received two damaged conputer systems after paying approx. $5500 for each - both arrived broken and they (staff and the owner Austin) have been delaying fixing the issue for many months and non-responsive - not eta no dates! They cannot get cases once we have paid but they get it to build new ones!!! The integrity isn’t there! Sweet talked us in delaying us from filing a credit card claim but there are other consumer. protections in place. Keep delaying fix month on month.
    UPDATE - no resolution as of Oct 1st.now it’s hardware they don’t have. Cannot fix either of the new PCs that arrived damaged due to no parts. Offering no wasp or upgrade options!! How would you like to waste thousands on a damaged product
