    Truck was taken to Vengeance Industries LLC on Friday the 18th of August and picked truck up on the 23rd of August. ****** of Vengeance Industries LLC advised me that problem was fixed and all I needed was a battery and I would be fine. Took the truck straight home parked for the night and the next morning the truck wouldn’t start. Got a jump still nothing went out and bought a new battery and truck still wouldn’t start. Called up ****** and he basically blamed me for whatever reason but I’m not a mechanic and I didn’t do nothing but drive home where the truck still remains. This guy will not fix what he started or fix exactly what the problem is as I requested and paid for from the beginning. ****** he would not fix or refund me for the services I requested and basically wish me luck on finding a solution with another shop.

    I will address this to you one last time. 
    1. You asked if i could put a fuel pump in your truck. I said yes. You stated you had a new fuel pump in the truck. We agreed on a price. The truck got brought to me. 
    2. Truck shows up with no fuel pump. Took you a whole day to respond. I have other customers. 
    3. When you finally responded, you stated that you merely guessed the issue and didnt buy a pump because it needed diagnosed. 
    4. I dropped what i was doing on a Sunday to diagnose your truck. 
    5. I spent 2 hours diagnosing the fact that your fuel pump was getting .18v of signal. Following the harness and opening it to inspect, checking connections, all the way up to the TIPM. 
    6. You were contacted and notified that your fuel pump relay was bad and would need bypassed or the TIPM replaced. 
    7. I have a recorded 3 way phone call where you were all happy and told me to get it done at the AGREED UPON labor rate of $95/hr. 
    8. I worked the repair in as soon as physically possible for me. When testing this truck prior to the repair: the truck would never run. It fired twice, but immediately died due to no fuel. After the repair: the truck instantly fired and ran. 30 starts. Over 2 hours of run time. 
    9. You were notified that the vehicle was repaired and wanted it picked up asap.
    10. I sent you the invoice that you agreed to the pricing on and you didnt want to pay it.
    11. We finally reached an agreement and i dropped it off to you at 10:30 at night on a week night to help accommodate you. 
    12. After you made me wait there for an hour, you finally arrived just to not make eye contact with me and disrespect me further. 

    13. Now when the truck doesnt start the next day, you all of the sudden have all of this information about how the truck would infact start, but would die after a few hours. What? Why was i never notified of this? Why was the truck towed to me and pushed into my shop? Because it would not run at all. This truck NEVER ran for more than 2 seconds those 2 times. After the bypass… boom! Operated 100%, 100% of the time. 

    Morale of the story ****, dont guess the problem, then change it all up, and still never provide the necessary information. We had several phone calls regarding this fuel issue on this truck during the process and you NEVER once mentioned that the truck would ever run at all. So naturally, I believed i fixed it. 
    I also gave up on helping you when you physically threatened me. This will be handled in court if you so choose to pursue. Have a great day ****!
