    Horrible manager!. At the beginning of February I reached via phone asking for a return phone call I regards to booking multiple sites. I was return contacted through email. The manager initially agreed to give my group a 5% discount on all bookings. When booking confirmation was confirmed I noticed that one booking didn't receive the discount. When questioned the manager replied she could not give me the discount. I asked for an explanation, referenced the email where she initially agreed and explained the nature of our trip which would attract a ton of advertisement. Our group had booked over $3,000 worth of sites and cabins. The manager also mentioned several times about us renting their pavilion for $300 bc our group was too large. I asked several times to talk to the owner which she ignored. A long story short 49 emails and 1 month of back and forth and the manager canceled our reservations without warning or explanation and has not responded since. I have friends who have had similar issues with same manager. Will not return to this place again
