    paid guy 3000 dollars a month ago to set a mobile home! he still hasn't touched the project! Asked if him when he could get to it he keeps saying next week. asked for a refund so I can get it done and he wont awncer!

    I recieved a letter on 10-13-22 in regards to a complaint filed by David ***********. We signed on 8-26-2022 and mr *********** was informed that I had to order supplies and they would take 2-3 weeks. He started harassing me on 9-6-2022 and said I had 30 to 45 days from 8-26-2022 to have the job complete. He failed to dig trenches for electric and sewer that he stated he would do when we talked on 9-6-2022. We started work on 9-29-2022 so he had 23 days. He failed to have electric meter set as he stated would be done by 9-13-2022.

    I have copies of messages where I was in contact with him from 8-26-2022 through 9-29-2022 when we started working. On October 5th I asked for 1500 to pay electrician and plumber as stated in contact and he started screaming at me and told me to not come back. We ended up talking more and he said he would get the electric done and take it out of the remaining 3000 dollars. It wasn't up to him to have electric done it was my responsibility and I wouldn't agree to just pay whatever he said it cost.in the same conversation I found out he never got the permit through the manufactured home program that is in charge of permitting the installation of a mobile home.

    On 10-11-2022 I informed him we would be back once he had the proper permits required to do the job. Mr *********** has breached the contract several times but filed a complaint against my company. I will not be refunding any money because most the materials are on site and we have 15 of the 18 pillars set prior to finding out he doesn't have the appropriate permits.
