      The customer service is terrible! Joe immediately got an attitude with me and started yelling at me and said, “I have no common sense”. All because I asked when my car would be done. Mind you, at this point they had already had the car in their possession for 5 hours. Just to do some routine tune ups.

      I brought my vehicle in for an issue with the heating system. was told from the get go that the parts can take days to get. I completely understand that. The person in change of the phone call Joe told me he will call the same day and let me know at 10-10:30 am of what is wrong with the car. Keep in mind it was 11 am at that point. My car was serviced it took days out of their neglect and carelessness with providing a service that I am paying for. The vehicle was returned without being tested. The proof is clear in two ways the mileage of the vehicle in accord to the records formulated by them and my own pictures when I picked it up a few days after I was promised the car to be returned by their own words without calling them to avoid any unnecessary issues and give them time in resolving the matter of the car's heating system. I was informed this morning by Joe that testing a car is unnecessary; that is not in their practice of repairs. The parts were available the same day the car was dropped off in accordance to this establishment. They sat on it for a few days without notifying me Prior to picking up the car I received a phone call from whom I believe to be the owner Bruce himself. A highly rude person to the best of my knowledge by the experiences I am having with this establishment in repairing a vehicle. Went to pay the invoice of the services rendered and the bad attitude from him followed to exist without reasoning or cause, The car was retrieved upon their phone call on the last minute of their daily operations of business. A warning of deceitful bad business practices. I called the shop to let them know the heater was not working properly in which they scheduled ,e to return today Thursday 1/18/23. a highly unacceptable time frame given the issue and the weather. Which completely reflects the carelessness and practices of this business. told it will be 3-4 days to be looked at an changed to today returning after I stated I will report it to BBB.
