    **** ******* at Tuffy, told him what Ricart said, and asked him if they had removed the valve cover and left it off. He admitted that they did. Ricart put the valve cover back on and did their diagnostics. The car started perfectly every time they turned the ignition. There was nothing wrong with my car. I picked up my car and drove to Tuffy to talk to ***. I showed him the Ricart bill and asked for him to pay the bill. He made a copy of the bill, said to give him 30 days and if the car continued to start with no issues he would make it right. I gave him more than 30 days and stopped back at Tuffy on 12/30/22. I once again asked *** to pay the Ricart bill. He said the copy was on his desk and he would make it right before the end of the year. I didn't hear back from *** so I called Tuffy on 1/7/23 and left a message with **** to have *** call me. He didn't call. I called again on 1/21/23 and spoke to ***. He said he would make it right and would call. He did not call.
