      we went into contract with steve meadows custom home march 2022 an pay him 20k to buy the lumber, he did not. He then told me he can not honor the contract due to high lumber price. Affter all the disapointment we went through geting the house build with him he ask for an added extrem amount that was not agree to but due to wanting the house complect an move in we pay him what was ask. we move into the house end of Aug 2022 and the bank paild him the balance Sep 28. on thanksgiving day steve ask me for 33k more money and clam their are orther bills he forgot to mention. Steve meadow made a false statment claming the house was complect in dec 27 2022 an put a lien on my house.am now in the process of sueing him due to him makeing a false statment
