      They don't rate a star for anything . They knew that this year community action was paying up to 700 for electric bills so I got shut off for ****** and when it came time to turn it back on it cost ****** tell me that this is not a price gauging because it definitely is . They are cold hearted and act as if they are out of pocket paying your electric .every other electric company will allow other electric providers to use their lines but no way will they let you choose a different provider because they know everyone would get away from ***. They are afraid of the competition. So if thinking of buy or renting and the provider is scp run as fast as you can to somewhere else . They will cheat and ***** you out of any thing they can . And to charge a reconnect for pushing a button is high way robbery pure and simple . I would love to see the government put a stop to there price gauging . We need to make alot of noise they are not better than the consumer who puts them in there seats .
