    Window Depo ***** ........) Agreed to an amount for a deck build. The deck was framed to plan given. Then all communication stopped!

    From the start the communication or I should say lack of was very frustrating. There was no follow up or contact during the installation of my fencing. The project took a total of 6 days, and in the end , left over wood and trash was left behind for me to clean up. The back gate was installed the wrong way, it eventually was fixed, but it was a shotty job. Two weeks after the installation I was inspecting the fence as I did when they were completed with it , and noticed what looked like rot holes in many of the boards, the wood was just discentigrating and falling off., nails coming away from the main frames and took many pictures and sent them to the company and all I received was that someone would come out and take a look, if not today but maybe tomorrow. I then contacted the sales *** and his phone had been turned off or I was blocked , being messages now went to green. The over all experience has been very frustrating and I do not feel the price of $8027 is shown in the craftsmanship and experience I had with this company. I did receive a discount of $100 for my frustration that I expressed during the process, oh boy, and I was expecting my sales *** to come back out to inspect it as well, but that did not happen. There was only one person I was in contact with, *****, that was sympathetic to my concerns. I feel completely let down.

    They did an amazing job replacing our windows the even did a free roof inspection for us and found no damage. Great company to work with!

    Amazing company that was first class from start to finish . I purchased 10 windows and a new composite deck from them and my wife and I are thrilled at the end result . Can’t recommend them enough !

    This company is not reliable. Did a bad job on my gutters with damage to my house. Ignoring me and I want things corrected. So sorry I dealt with them. I should have checked with BBB before hiring them. Ignoring me and not fixing damage/problems with metal roof and gutter damage to house. I would NOT recommend them. I wouldn't even give them a #1 rating.

    These folks did an amazng job for us on our patio, we are lucky to have had themm out! We not only got our patio but the team took the time to walk us through each and every step of the way.

    Have been consistently ignored by everyone in charge at this company. Was completely ghosted for months without any updates. Still have not completed our work contract and will not reach out to us in a professional manner. We called, and they said they had no idea who we are and couldn't find a contract for us. I've never been treated so horrible by a "professional company" in my life. I haven't even been able to go into my attic in like 5 months. I would not recommend anyone use this company.
