5 starsWe were so lucky to have Merwyn B******, with ACI Home Inspection Services of Lancaster, LLC, inspect the house we were thinking of buying. He is a lovely, engaging highly professional man who focused on ALL aspects of this house, including several of which we were unaware when we viewed the house for the first and only time. Not only was his report so wonderfully detailed but his suggestions (in black) were supplemented by his concerns (marked in red), all of were invaluable to us. Mr. B****** paid a great deal of attention to every room and corner of the house--first floor, basement, attic, roof. His thorough knowledge of house structure, current and potential problems associated with water damage, problematic issues with potential solutions, and county/state codes were vitally important to us as we made our decision. Crucially, he also commented on what he determined were future, some almost certainly inevitable), issues that would arise as time passes. We are very grateful for his expertise.Review fromAndrew S.

In a word, excellent. ****************** is the epitome of professionalism, promptness and dependability. His reports are thorough, with every conceivable detail a soon-to-be homeowner would need to make proper and informed decisions. I've recommended Home Inspection Services of Lancaster, LLC to several of my relator acquaintances and even close friends and family members.
