      I had medical and legal documents that I paid to have filled out and they mishandled them. Some were for *** and my ********* ********. They called me 4 days after and said they were done. I arrived to pick them up and recieved only 2 of 8 pages. They said that the bwc documents were destroyed because my case was not yet through the bwc process but I told them they were for the case for a hearing. They completely denied receiving the documents for my financial institution. I was never notified that they would not be able to fill out any form or that they were destroying evidence forms for the *** that have a deadline to be filed. I am so upset and feel like I've had documents that contain my personal information stolen from me.
