    TPC Inc has failed to pay subcontractors agreed upon wages for drywall installation at *********************************************************** 43015.TPC Inc brought *********************** into a whirlwind of a job. The owner, *************************, admitted that the customer was very upset with their inability to previously perform the agreed upon work. ****** mentioned that he had to throw his roofer (who framed the dormers, NOTE: A 'roofer' not a 'framer') off the job after subpar work was completed by TPC Inc. ****** did mention that he has to 'paid him (his roofer) to go away'. Unfortunately, ****** will not extend that same professional courtesy to ***********************.Out of 7 attempts over the previous 2 weeks to contact ****** and TPC Inc, he has only responded twice. Both responses were only received after a serious message was sent. Any attempt to contact ****** or TPC Inc in a reasonable and respectful way, was simply ignored. Over and over again. It seems, the only way to get the Owner of TPC Inc's attention (*************************), that you must 'strong arm' him for a response.I'm aware of another situation (within the last two weeks) between TPC Inc and Junk Removal and More where he has failed to pay that subcontractor as well.This job was 'rushed' per ******. We began the job 48 hours after seeing and quoting the project. Completed it 5 business days later.We have had the job completed for nearly 3 weeks at this point (11/20/2022) and have received countless non-response', in addition to a large amount of excuses.There are countless negative reviews on ****** within the last 1-2 years stipulating a pattern of failing to communicate with customers, as well as subcontractors.As of 11/21/2022, *********************** will file a Mechanic's Lien against TPC for the project located at: ***************************************************************** *********************** would highly suggest a review of TPC Incs BBB accreditation status. From our stand point, ****** is stuck 'robbing ***** to pay ****'.

    The work performed by this contractor was unacceptable to the homeowner and our standards. There was a tremendous amount of material left in the driveway that also had to be cleaned up and removed. I have requested an on site meeting with the contractor to correct.

    This issue has been resolved and the contractor has been paid even though we had to demo the work that was completed and then pay another contractor to complete the work correctly.

    I have been working with ****** for about 6 months now, the 1st month everything was great after that communication started becomin a big problem. it's been really bad between communicating with me about jobs that's the least of my worries at the moment. He owes me money on a job that I did and I am leaving in one star.I am also taking matters else where to.It's not what you do when you own A business.

    This matter has been resolved. He failed to disclose all the facts and he also failed to mention the times he was paid early when he asked. I wish **** the best moving forward.
