    We hired ****** **** who is the owner of RVisions Mobile RV Repair LLC September 11, 2024 for a service problem we were having with our travel trailer. We were not getting any heat, hot water and burners would not come on. After explaining to him on the phone the problem I was having he stated it would costs $250 for him to repair the problem and requested I bring the money with me when we meet. At the time of the meeting he determined that it was the propane regulator which was causing the problem. He said he had to order the part. The part he ordered was a Camco two stage propane regulator in which he said it would cost me $93.24. I questioned why he was charging me so much for the same regulator online which was $50.12 . He blamed it on his supplier and agreed to sell me the part for $50.12 plus tax. Part finally comes in, he installs it and it did not correct the problem, he then determined that it was the hose that was connected to the propane tank. He ordered that part it came in and he installed it and it still did not work. Mind you we are 1 month in now trying to get this repaired and he already charged and collected the $250 to repair this but yet and still after 1 month it is still not repaired. So on October 10, 2024 he checked the propane regulator again and determined that they sent him a faulty regulator. So he ordered it again. I kept checking back with him to see if the part came in and he kept telling me he hasnt received it yet. He said they will deliver it to his house. So by October 19, 2024 I requested $125 of the money back so I could hire someone else. After I sent that email I did not hear from him until that Wednesday in which he told me he was in and out of the hospital due to his back and I should hear something from him later that day. I was very sympathetic, then several days went by still didnt hear nothing from him. Kept reaching out to him trying to resolve the matter but received no response.
