    We purchased sandwiches and had two gift cards to pay the check. Both cards had remaining balances however after sliding both cards both registered invalid. The cashier even tried to enter the cards at the register and was unable to accept either card. She advised to go online and and contact Subway. I went home and tried their web site and it was a circle process. No option anywhere to speak with a representative. Found a phone number on the web and still no option to speak with anyone. My wife recently purchased two new $25 gift cards. Both of them registered invalid card number. Apparently we now have approximately $75 in Subway gift cards that are worthless. I certaintly wish to file a complaint against Subway. Thank you

    My name is *** ******** and I am one of the owners of the Subway at 2687 N. Memorial Drive in Lancaster, Ohio. I called Mr. ***** and spoke with him directly We will be sending him a refund in the amount of $11.88. We recognize the gift cards he was trying to use were not issued by our franchise, but we want to make sure he is taken care of asap. A check will be sent to Mr. ***** today.

    I accept the business's response to resolve this complaint. I did speak with Mr. ******** and explained my issue with the web site resulting in my complaint. He did agree that there were some issues with the web site and he would bring that to the attention of their IT department. Although not expected he did indicate that a check for our purchase will be forth coming. We do appreciate the gesture as well as his contacting me. I also appreciate your help in resolving this matter. Thank you.
