    I was scheduled for their services for 4/18/22 and they realized they had to reschedule because they had double booked for my service. Said they would be there the next day on April 19. Nate and Austin came to do the work; They had nothing with them to provide me a bill or a paid invoice. I was told they would get it in the mail and I should have it in 3 days. I was patient and I waited to call back in May, in June I called and spoke with a female and in July I called and spoke with Anthony. Each time was a different excuse and I want a copy of the bill and to have it marked paid so it shows what was done, when it was done, how much I was charged, and that it was marked paid. Resolution: I want BBB to help me acquire my itemized bill/invoice and I want it to show paid in full, which I fulfilled in April.

    Ms ******* *******'s work was performed per AdvantaClean's committed schedule.  The schedule was moved, but AdvantaClean was on time and performed quality work per NADACA Standards for Duct Cleaning.  As a small company and with limited resources we utilize technology as much as possible, typically a receipt or paid invoice is provided via QuickBooks or Service Minder.  However Ms. ******* does not have an email address, so this technology could not be used, US Mail was the only way of message conveyance.  

    During this month the owner of AdvantaClean of Columbus South's grandfather passed and the customer request of mailing a receipt was missed.  A paid paper copy of Ms. *******'s invoice was sent along with a typical information sheet on how a residential duct cleaning is performed.    This was mailed out to her on August 4, 2022.  AdvantaClean apologizes for this grave and severe issue of not sending a paper copy of a paid receipt for this residential duct cleaning. 

    Please note, this complaint is not about the quality of work, employee interaction with client or response of completing work, but a paper copy of a $595.00 receipt.

    This in response to your letter of 8-9-22.  I did receive a receipt from AdvantaClean on 8-6-22 (after requesting one times: April, May, June and July.)  Their response of "grandfather passing" was poor - seeing it was requested monthly for 4 months!
