  I had gravel delivered for my driveway. This company did a great job at getting the job done in a timely manor and at leveling it all out. And to add to an already good experience they were very friendly during the process and no awkwardness when having to speak to them.

  I recently had **** Action Septic ***************************** install a new septic system at my new construction home and I couldn't be happier. The crew showed up when they said they would and went above and beyond for me. **** was available to answer all my questions. The crew was very professional and friendly.

  This company ***** poor quality of work, our previous septic system worked fine since the 70’s these ****** came 2 years and issue after issue. Running discharge up hill to a ditch that was never a ditch to begin with discharge over flowing back in the yard from a non ditch. Now electric issues for buried bare wire with no conduit in rural farm area where every mole chipmunk could have at it. False promises of back filling. All they did was make a mess, don’t clean up after the work is finished hate to give rating what a company I wouldn’t hire these people to again to help flush a toilet

  Place is a joke ruined my drive and may yard still looks like complete c*** after a year I had nice Gray gravel in my driveway. They Dumped ashphalt grindings now my driveway looks horrible I don't know how they are still in business and for the life of me Is an A+ business on here someone need to re review them or go look at the jobs they have done

  We are sorry to hear such a review of our company and we are more than happy to work with you for a resolution to your problems within your contract for a new septic system installation by our company. In your complaint you say its been a year, but looking through the file ******* filed a complaint last year and as a remedy to this complaint we revisited the site and re-graded the yard and removed the depression from the driveway. At this time ******* said he was happy with the restoration and would remove his BBB complaint. To our knowledge everyone was happy due to it now being multiple months later without as much as a call or an email to correspond with us to voice your ongoing concern with the re-grading and repairs of the driveway. As for your complaint regarding the grading, in the installation contract the system was sold with a rough grade. A rough grade is not a landscape finish. We did return a second time to re-grade in response to your husbands complaint. In regards to the driveway when a gravel driveway is cut to allow the soil line to access the new system we always fill with asphalt grinding to give the most compact protection for the piping. Using aggregate that deep would only cause a vehicle to get stuck. As for the gravel issue we will be happy to cover the affected area with a matching aggregate but this would be an additional charge since it was not covered in the original installation contract. We strive to make all of our customers happy we would be more than happy to meet with you and ******* to see if we can resolve your issues.

  If I could give less I would. Kept delaying the date they said they'd show up after I let them know I was having massive flooding in my basement being caused by the old septic system in the house we just bought. Called them out after reading reviews online that this wouldn't be the 10th time they've done this to a customer. Which they totally denied saying the reviews were for a similar named company after the receptionist lady was already yelling at me on the phone when I hadn't raised my voice at all at that point. When they finally did show up as I'm on the phone firing them when I finally got permission from the escrow account on our house. rather than connecting the new **** I had installed In the basement they booted it to 4 foot section of clay **** that was broken, buried it all and left me to have to dig it back up to fix it and a 5 foot high 20ft long pile of dirt and rocks they never cleaned up. These people are as crooked as they come I wouldn't give them a cent or let that creep anywhere near your home.
