    I am honestly not sure his this company has 5 star reviews. Service has definitely went down hill. The response time and customer service is below average. Zach is very unresponsive and leaves messages unanswered. They were supposed to let me know at least one week before that they would be coming out, and I received a text the day before not even asking me if the date worked, but stating there would be a crew at my home.

    The owner Issac tries to do what is right, but unfortunately today 4/13/2024, I expressed 2 concerns that I have expressed 3 prior times to him and he keeps blowing me off ( 1 of them is a drain issue that could cause potential issues to my foundation) He knows it is an issue, but it’s a big deal to re do and fix.

    They charged me over 2,500 and knew this was one of my main concerns from day 1. They also will not come back and put anymore seed on my grass. They expect me to do that after 2,500. I tried to call Issac multiple times (the owner) and he blocked me. I tried from another number and yes I was blocked. Unbelievably unprofessional. I will be disputing all charges with my bank. My hope would be they would fix their mistakes and show true 5 star service!!!

    We value your business and appreciate the open communication throughout your landscaping
    project, which started in April 2024. However, we are sorry for any inconvenience or
    dissatisfaction outlined in your complaint with the BBB 1. the pop drain (height of drain) and 2.
    re-seeding. We find it puzzling since we were under the impression that McCarty's Landscape
    and Hardscape resolved the "pop" drain issue satisfactorily after our third visit to your property,
    which you paid in full after initially stopping payment (because you were not satisfied with the
    height of the pipe).
    McCartys explained that "re"-seeding in the heat of summer is not recommended and is a service
    we do not provide after the initial seeding.
    All the work completed at your residence adheres to our agreement, and your payment in full
    validates your satisfaction with the work completed by McCartys Landscape and Hardscape.
    In conclusion, we are still determining what more we can do to satisfy a situation that has been
    resolved and validated by receipt of payment in full. We pride ourselves on customer
    satisfaction, and based on our reviews and referrals, we consistently meet expectations. We are
    enclosing documentation of our agreement and a voicemail file of your concerns for the BBB if
    their website allows voicemail files and photos.
