    I leased a motorcycle from ***** *********** on 03/26/23 the manager and the sales rep told me that I would be financed through Horsepower Finacial and if I wanted to terminate my lease all I had to do is turn the bike back to the dealer and walk away with no payments pending. I also spoke with a rep from Horsepower financial and she stated that same thing that all I had to do is take the bike back to the dealer and walk away, I returned the bike on February 6, 2023, and 2 months later I received a call from horsepower financial that I had a balance of 2200. I asked them what this was for, and they stated that it was for early termination. I explained to them that I was told by the dealer manager and the rep from Horsepower financial that I didn't have any payments and they said they lied to you and bunch of other people. Now I received a letter saying that I owed them 7000.00 and the rep Joshua S****** stated that he made a mistake. Joshua stated that Horsepower Finacial just changed their policies, so this don't happen again. I advised that I need a copy of the contract with my signature and Full name. I questioned them why it wasn't reported to the credit reporting agency's when I was making my payments and now that I don't have the bike, they are reporting late payments. He stated that he doesn't know, and they have no idea who is reporting, I advised that is coming from Horsepower financial and he said sorry they lied to you. I asked why Trina told me that Trina told would have to pay and he stated she don't work for the company anymore. I wasn't only once that I was told I was told multiple times that all I had to do is turn the bike bac=k in and walk away.

    3/31/23 got my bike from them and never got a tag but still making payments on a motorcycle i can not ride not I am being told that they lost the title for the bike so I need this fix and now

    The lease and the payoff of the motorcycle has been paid off since July 21st of 2021 and I can still not get any paperwork or the title to the motorcycle. The phone number is not in service and the other number rings one time and hangs up. I have been waiting for the manager to call back now for 6 months. I received 1 call stating that the title was ready just wanted to double check the name when I returned the call I was informed that person no longer worked there and that they didn't have a person that handles titles at the moment and I would here from the manager. I have contacted the dealership that the motorcycle was bought from they have received their payoff but I have not received my title

    I purchased this lease in February of 2022. At the dealership I spoke on the phone with HPF representative to go over the details. I was informed I would need to pay the down payment and first months payment. It all started going downhill from there. Their call center will viciously call you over and over. I called to straighten out a payment issue because they kept attempting payments on different days rather than the actual payment date. I spent months trying to get the situation fixed I finally did. They restructured my payment date to the 1st of the month. I payed my first payment of 895 after the restructure. After that they took and additional $1325.00 out on the 22nd of the month when the payments are not due until the first. They run different amounts at any time during the month they wish. Which causes issues when people have other bills to be paid. I have numerous recordings and emails that I have recorded over the last year of their horrible service. Broken promises and total disregard for people. I was told that in order to get out of the lease it would be 1000.00 which was music to my ears. Then I was told I would have to pay 1000 dollars and an additional 12000. This company has lied numerous times and take payments larger than the contract agreement without any warning or authorization.

    When I got into this contract the dealership told me this was a loan not a lease when I found out it was a lease they told me in order fro return it I would have to pay 1000 I said ok. But hen I was told the policies changed I would have to pay the 1000 plus 15000 which is insane why would I turn in the bike and still pay for the bike I fel this is robbery why should I be penalized for their changes when my contract says only the 1000 I want to return this bike
