  Moving in to the area, I went straight to the “big” company I saw with lots of trucks out and about and a nice physical site. We dealt with ****. I hired them for a “phase 1” of my new construction home. When calling them back to look into a few “dead” items for replacement and to talk about a “phase 2”, **** came out. Looked at what needed replaced and talked about what we wanted next. **** said we would hear from his office in 2-3 days. After a month we started calling and texting ****. Total GHOST! We called the office, said they would get ahold of ****. Thirdly, we went to the site and spoke with his brother, ****. Said he would “take care of it”…Total GHOSTING again…this time, obviously, by the whole family! I have a 1M dollar home with a dead tree front and center! When threatened with this review a text came that said when they did the neighbors home they would do ours. NOTHING! Neighbors house is done. So money is lost as we have to replace the dead on our own. Lots of advertising and absolutely NO FOLLOW UP! What a total disappointment of a local business.

  WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY VENDOR IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. NO COMMUNICATIONS WITH COMPANY NOR * JAKE * AT ALL. AFTER WAITING FIVE MONTHS , I HIRED SOMEONE ELSE . THEY MAY HAVE A GREAT WEBSITE BUT THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I COULD CONTINUE BUT YOU GET THE IDEA !!!!!

  Would recommend Creechs to everyone! They are knowledgeable, professional and create beautiful landscapes. The entire team from ownership to each person involved in project are exceptional.
