    I think people who go regularly probably love it. My friend and I tried a special they were running. They were very rude if she was even a minute late (as moms, we were lucky to get there.) she stopped going. I signed up for a 30 day program. I was supposed to get money back if I completed and met my goals. I did that but on measuring/weigh in day there was no one there to check. I called and got no response. Never got my part of the money back even after saying I was glad to pay for the classes I took- just not extra. I feel like I got ripped of and was treated rudely. People say, The owner is just bad at following through. Ok- but at least do what you promise. Bad business.
