    Please do not use this business. They have zero protocols and practices in place when notifying clients of injury incidents. We boarded our dog there and it was bitten by another dog. The incident happened at 6:30am but we were not called until 10:32am. We were told it was a small scratch. No other information was given. We were out of town (hence why we boarded) and were never told how bad it was, or a picture provided. When we arrived at 3pm to pick up our dog we were astounded by the size and severity of the wound. We immediately left and went to *******. We are now thousands of dollars in vet bills to clean and repair the deep laceration. This facility should have called us immediately after the incident and informed us of the severity so that our emergency contact could have picked the dog up have the wound appropriately taken care of. Will not go back and do NOT recommend anyone leave their dog there. Their staff needs better training and procedures to deal with such an incident.
