    I hired PCD to redesign our kitchen. Two years later it was still unfinished and after fighting for months and months to just get a response I gave up. I took hours and days off work for appointments only to have no one show up. I have counters that are different heights than others. I had cabinets that wouldn't open because they impinged on adjacent cabinets. I previously had solid maple cabinets that were in great shape taken out and unknowingly replaced with cheaper cabinets that started cracking within weeks. I sent photos and they agreed they shouldn't be cracking but no one resolved the problem. I have a beverage fridge that was placed on 2x2 inch wood chips that continuously falls off and falls on us if we try to fix it. I have trim around the island that continuously pops off if you just brush it with our foot. Both the brand new stainless steel fridge and stove were visibly scratched from not being protected. Tried and tried to get a response for resolution and would get appointments only to have them cancelled or no shows. Eventually just got ignored.
